Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (UAE Time zone)

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
– Communicate effectively with freelancers, providing clear instructions and support.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
– Handle administrative tasks such as email management, document preparation, and data entry.
– Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google meets etc)
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
– Flexibility to adapt to different time zones if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in project management.
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
