You’re a go-getter with a heart for worship and a knack for making connections. You love the idea of bringing inspiring guests and powerful conversations to our audience. You’re organized, creative, and passionate about sharing resources that empower worship leaders. You thrive on the details and have a special talent for coordinating many moving parts behind the scenes.
Your Role:
As our Podcast Marketing and Booking Agent, you’ll be the maestro behind booking incredible guests for our show, ensuring each episode is a beautiful symphony of encouragement and insight. You’re not just looking for names; you’re seeking stories that stir the soul and voices that echo the diverse tapestry of worship leadership.
Your Responsibilities:
Guest Booking: Identify, reach out to, and secure guests for our podcast, coordinating schedules and managing all the logistics to create a seamless experience for our guests and listeners.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with me to brainstorm and develop engaging episode themes and content, ensuring that every conversation resonates deeply with our mission and our audience’s needs.
Production Coordination: Oversee the post-recording process, including coordinating with our editing team, crafting compelling show notes, and preparing blog posts that extend the reach of each episode.
Platform Management: Take charge of uploading episodes to Libsyn, ensuring each episode is polished and ready for release, complete with all the right tags and descriptions to maximize its impact.
Marketing Magic: Help spread the word about our podcast, collaborating on marketing strategies that draw in listeners and build our community, including social media promotion and partnership opportunities.
