Project Coordinator – Upwork


I’m looking for a Project Coordinator to implement the projects that are currently on my project management board.

Most of the projects that I need to implement are functions of the business that I am currently executing myself – they are not documented, they are very meticulous and there’s a certain reason behind why I’m doing them this way.

In order to perform this role, for any given function you must be able to A) understand the function and also B) be able to properly execute the function. In addition to that – you will also have to be somewhat acclimated to our business practices and company standards in order to understand why we are doing it this way.

After you’ve been acclimated to the business, you can use your creativity within that framework but we don’t need someone to create something brand new. We need someone to take process concepts and bring them into existence. I’ll hand you what we’ve started and you can take it across the finish line.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be in charge of leading the Implementation Team. You will be fully in charge of making sure the projects are implemented. Not only will you have to oversee the project, but you will be required to do most of the leg work. With that being said, you will have team members to assist you.
