Project Manager for Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Operations – Upwork


Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Project Manager to assist our digital marketing, website development, and operational projects using ClickUp. This role requires a dynamic individual with a broad skill set, capable of working at various levels of the company to ensure the successful execution of multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

    Project Management:

•  Utilize ClickUp to manage and oversee all tasks and projects across different operations.
•  Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•  Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and analyze outcomes for continuous improvement.
•  Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Digital Marketing and Social Media:
•  Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
•  Assist in managing social media marketing, including content creation, curation, and community engagement.
•  Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts, and managing audience growth.
•   Assist in creating, curating, and managing all published content through social media channels.
•  Assist in writing copy for video and text ads, and designing graphics for marketing materials.

    Website Development:

•  Oversee website development projects from conception to launch.
•  Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive project execution.

    Operations Management:

•  Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•  Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices.
•  Generate reports based upon various metrics and analytics.

    Administrative Duties:

•  Perform document creation, lead generation, and other necessary administrative tasks.
•  Manage email communications and scheduling.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience in project management, digital marketing, website development, and operations.
•  Proficiency in using ClickUp for task and project management.
•  Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
•  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
