Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Upwork


Job Description:

The Virtual Real Estate Administrative Assistant will support our real estate operations and ensure the smooth execution of various tasks. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate seminars and training sessions, expertise in managing Zoom meetings and recording minutes, and proficiency in using Follow Up Boss to set up automations. Additionally, the assistant will oversee and meet with other Virtual Assistants (VAs) to ensure they meet their daily and weekly goals and perform other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule all Zoom meetings, including setting up, sending invites, and recording minutes.
Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
Organize and coordinate seminars and training sessions.
Utilize Follow Up Boss to set up and manage automations.
Meet with VAs to review their performance and ensure they are meeting daily and weekly goals.
Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and online listings for properties.
Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to client inquiries promptly.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Conduct basic research on property listings and market trends.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Range: $6.00-$15.00
