Job Duties/Descriptions:
1.) Acquire new properties individually and with our active sales people. Must be able to make offers and analyze Real Estate properties with our current analysis offers we use on a daily basis. We make daily offers to owners of land and properties. Will have a weekly/monthly quota.
2.) Sell investment properties (Land and houses) nationwide in the US through our FB ads and other social media avenues. Must be aggressive in our sales strategies and work individually and with our sales team.
3.) Hire and fire new sales people that work primarliy online. Manage sales people as needed with sales quotas and reports.
4.) Close Real Estate transactions with the assistance of the me (Owner), title companys and real estate attorneys we currently use. Must manage the sellers and buyers on both sides and reassure them on a daily basis.
5.) Grow the inventory of the company from 2-3 per month to 5-10 nationwide with strategic targe areas with the assistance of the owner. We are currently working in Texas markets and we will grow to other states on a monthly basis.
6.) Communicate effectivelly with online reports and emails/zoom meetings as needed on a regular basis.
Will be held accountable on a daily basis and will be held responsible for sales quotas on a weekly/monthly basis.
MUST SPEAK SPANISH (We focus on Spanish speaking clients and thiis is MANDATORY). Will also pay HIGH COMMISSION PAYMENTS ON EACH CLOSING ACQUIRED UP TO $500 PER TRANSACTION IN ADDITION TO THE HOURLY PAY.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
