Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate & Manage administrative side of real estate transactions
,
*Management of CRM (including lead & client retention)
*Submitting transactions to office
*Preparing listing presentations including CMA’s
*Uploading new listings to paragon
*Liaison between our office, clients, lawyers & notaries
*Email Management
*Manage appointments & Buyer’s Tours
*Research for market trends & news to communicate
*Assistance with ongoing real estate related projects
Job Requirements:
*Prior experience in the real estate industry in US or Canada
*Able to commit to working full time ONLY FOR US and in our time zone (Pacific)
*Excellent customer service skills
*Self motivated, willing to go the extra mile, out of the box thinking
*Extremely organized & excellent time management skills
*Proficient in GSuite, Zoho, Docusign, Slack a plus
