Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Upwork


We are looking for an experienced transaction coordinator for our real estate investment company! You will be handling at least 15 transactions every single month! You will be coordinating with the title company/attorney along with the seller and buyer of the property to ensure we meet our deadline for closing on the property!

Experience is a HUGE plus and our ideal candidate has already had experience for 2-3 years in this field. You will need to be very comfortable and knowledgeable in this field speaking with sellers, buyers, escrow agents & communicating via phone, email, & texts

This is a full-time position with 40 hour weeks and also provides $100 per closing so you are incentivized to get this transaction to close on time!

TACTICAL WORK LISTING BELOW:
– Hands-on transaction coordinator experience for 1-2 years
– Extensive knowledge of business process and information flow.
– Strong analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technical partners to build trust and to interact successfully with peers.
– Experience in strategic planning and execution.
– Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
– Knowledge of finance, accounting and cost control principles
– Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
– Ability to analyze contract details and prepare transactions, and all documents pertaining to the closing of those properties.
– Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
– Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
– Advanced MS Office skills
– Work requires weekend and evening work regularly.
