Are you an experienced VA professional tired of juggling the needs of multiple clients across different time zones? Perhaps you’re no longer growing personally and professionally with your current client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Act as a professional, full-time virtual executive assistant to the business owner and lead business coach.
• Organize the business owner’s email inbox, calendar, and to-do list.
• Create and schedule social media posts, design basic images, etc.
• Manage the website and Customer Relationship Management database.
• Write/rewrite blog posts and other marketing content (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, blog posts, etc.).
• Utilize ChatGPT.
• Attend a 15-minute daily team huddle at 8:45am AEST (Sydney), Monday to Friday.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Google Docs using recorded Loom videos, written instructions, and graphics/images where appropriate.
• Attend ad hoc Zoom meetings from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, upon immediate notice.
• Solve problems and ‘self-start’—a quick response time is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and verbal English.
• Perform ad hoc personal tasks for the business owner (e.g., scheduling flights, accommodation, dinner reservations, etc.).
• Experience in bookkeeping/managing Xero is a bonus, although not essential.
• Appointment setting experience is a bonus, although not essential.
Work Hours:
• Must be available and ready to perform tasks immediately upon request during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST (Sydney), Monday to Friday.
Communication & Billing:
• Workflow and communication will be managed via BaseCamp.
• Experience with BaseCamp is helpful but not required; we can provide training as it is easy to use.
• All communication will be done via BaseCamp and Zoom, with billing through UpWork.
