Job Description:
We are seeking a talented JIRA Agile Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing JIRA Agile across various teams within our organization or for our clients. You will play a crucial role in configuring JIRA Agile to optimize workflows, create dashboards, and ensure smooth adoption by team members. Additionally, you will provide training and ongoing support to maximize the benefits of JIRA Agile.
Responsibilities:
Configure JIRA Agile boards, workflows, and schemes based on best practices and project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their workflow processes and translate them into JIRA Agile workflows.
Create custom dashboards, filters, and reports in JIRA Agile to track project progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Provide training sessions and workshops to educate team members on the effective use of JIRA Agile.
Support and troubleshoot issues related to JIRA Agile usage and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest JIRA Agile features and functionalities to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or similar role with a focus on JIRA Agile.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Hands-on experience in configuring JIRA Agile boards, workflows, and schemes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
JIRA certifications (e.g., JIRA Administrator, JIRA Agile) preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
