1. Sales Customer Service:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

2. Social Media Marketing:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
– Create and schedule content across social media platforms.
– Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and questions, and respond promptly.
3. Administrative Support:
– Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
– Organize and maintain files and records.
– Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
– Utilize tools like Slack, Zoho, and Softr for efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
– Knowledge and Experience:
– Proficient in Facebook & Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Slack, Zoho, and Softr.
– Preferred: Customer service experience, especially in a sales role.
– Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$10.00
