Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their activities
Contact suppliers via phone and email to gather information and manage relationships and negotiate prices
Maintain and update databases and reports regularly
Identify and summarize suitable serviced accommodations based on enquiry briefs within allotted time frame
Efficiently search for information on Google and Airbnb
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Comfortable speaking on the phone with guests and suppliers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain and update databases and reports regularly
