**PLEASE NOTE: This role is NOT looking for someone to answer/respond to live chats, this is specifically for someone with Intercom admin/day-to-day management experience.
Key responsibilities include:
-Day-to-day account management including proactive troubleshooting
-Set up automations, workflows and Intercom AI features.
-Build and launch proactive/outbound live chat campaigns.
-Regular reporting (weekly, monthly and ad-hoc) to monitor KPIs including responsiveness, chat volumes and leads.
-Liaising with support and sales reps to manage ad-hoc requests.
-Proactively test and implement new offerings from Intercom to enhance our customer experiences.
-Resolving bugs and reported issues.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Intercom specialist (or similar role)
-Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of Intercom’s features and capabilities.
-Strong communication skills.
-Experience of working with stakeholders from multiple functions including Marketing, Business Development and Customer Support.
