– Manage relationships with service vendors to maintain high standards and efficient operations.
– Handle daily operations on property management platforms such as Hostaway, PriceLabs, and Breezeway.
– Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Problem solve and handle crisis management, ensuring swift resolutions that uphold our brand standards.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or rental industry.
– Strong ability to use and manage property management software (Hostaway, PriceLabs, Breezeway experience preferred).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
