Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
– Assist in managing projects and tasks using platforms such as Trello, Asana, and Google Workspace.
– Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
– Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
– Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.

Requirements:
– Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
– Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools such as Discord, Trello, Asana, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.
– Availability to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, US, Monday to Friday.
– Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
– Ability to attend team meetings and respond to company and client communications
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
