As a Title Abstractor for our company, your primary role will be to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of property titles. You’ll examine various legal documents, such as deeds and mortgages, to ensure clear and unencumbered property ownership. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in title examination will be essential in identifying any potential issues that may impact real estate transactions. With your exceptional analytical skills, you’ll provide accurate reports and contribute to successful property deals. You will go to the county websites to find the book and page of each deed you need pulled for you. You will request the deeds from the county and when you receive them you will follow the chain of title to ensure there are no breaks in ownership. You will also contact the tax collector of the county to find out what taxes are owed on the property. Since you have to contact the tax collector, you will need a way to make phone calls from a US phone number. We have found the offices don’t answer or return calls from numbers outside of the US.
You will need to upload the deeds and tax information you find into LGPass under the proper parcel. You need to mention “NGL” in your response to this posting.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
