Title Clerk / Vehicle Transaction Coordinator** – Upwork


The Title Clerk / Vehicle Transaction Coordinator handles the administrative aspects of vehicle sales, including the preparation of promissory notes, UCC filings, and documentation for vehicle title transfers. This role ensures that all sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
#### Key Responsibilities:
– **Documentation Preparation**:
  – Prepare and process promissory notes and other financing documents for vehicle sales.
– **UCC Processing**:
  – Complete UCC filings to secure interests in vehicles being financed and manage lien releases.
– **Transaction Coordination**:
  – Work with sales staff and customers to finalize sales paperwork and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
– **Compliance Assurance**:
  – Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records for audits.
– **Customer Support**:
  – Act as a point of contact for customers regarding title and registration inquiries.
#### Qualifications:
– High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
– Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in finance or title processing.
– Familiarity with UCC requirements and state title laws.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$8.00
