Description:
Are you enthusiastic about analyzing vacant land properties and generating comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making in land development deals? Join our innovative team at Land Development Company as a Vacant Land Analyst. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of vacant land parcels, preparing Broker Price Opinion (BPO) appraisals, and producing land evaluation reports for underwriting land development projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of vacant land parcels to assess market trends, opportunities, and risks.
Generate Broker Price Opinion (BPO) appraisals to estimate the market value of vacant land properties.
Prepare comprehensive land evaluation reports to support underwriting of land development deals.
Determine sell-through rates of vacant land and prospective land products to inform pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
Analyze public and regulatory reactions to subdividing land, ensuring alignment with proposed products and development plans.
Perform supply and demand analysis, including assessment of competitive subdivisions, current development activity, and resale market trends.
Develop buyer profiles and analyze product price points to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations for land development projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in market analysis, preferably in real estate or land development industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively in written reports and presentations.
Proficiency in using analytical tools such as PRYCD, Land Vision, Data Tree, Land.ID, Regrid, County GIS Sites, Zillow, Redfin, Landwatch.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
