Virtual Admin/HR Assistance and Secretary – Upwork


I am presently conducting a recruitment process for a Virtual Secretary to enhance my team’s capabilities. The potential candidate is mandated to be bilingual, demonstrating fluency in both English and Spanish languages.

The Administrative Secretary will be an integral constituent of our team, and we are actively seeking a professional who exhibits organizational efficiency, acute attention to detail, and a pronounced degree of integrity – these are compulsory qualifications.

We are prospecting for a dedicated individual capable of establishing a durable working relationship with our team (expected to span multiple years). At this juncture, I anticipate a daily commitment of three hours from the candidate.

The Administrative Secretary will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:
Provision of HR support, such as facilitating the onboarding of new employees and managing benefits, primarily focusing on document support. Payroll management will be excluded from this role.
Undertaking a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and drafting reports.
Engaging in communication with clients and suppliers in Spanish utilizing online tools and software, such as WhatsApp.
Overseeing the progression of projects.
Managing business expenses.

Qualifications:
Timely and effective communication abilities.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in HR support and other administrative functions.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing online tools and software.
Availability to engage in daily work and respond to the team within a one-hour timeframe.
Capability to participate in virtual meetings via Zoom.
