Virtual Assistant for Brand Outreach – Upwork

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary role involves conducting outreach to brands and product-based companies that sell their products on Amazon and Walmart. This position requires basic research and email tasks, social media messaging, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their skills in digital marketing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Research: You will be assigned specific categories and parameters along with a process to guide your research. Your task will be to identify potential brands and companies within these parameters.

Data Entry: Accurately add the information of identified brands and companies to a Google Sheet.

Email & Social Media Outreach: Using the provided templates and information, you will draft and send out emails and social media messages to the researched brands, aiming for a target of 100 emails per day.

Tracking: Maintain records of outgoing emails and responses in an organized manner.

Communication: Regularly update the team on your progress and any feedback received from outreach efforts.

Proficiency in English: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Solid internet connection, and proficiency with Chrome browser, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Work Ethic:
A motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude, capable of following a defined process with high attention to detail.

Willingness to send out new emails every shift, adhering to the set targets.
