We are expanding our team and we’re looking for a new Virtual Assistant. We are looking for a motivated individual who can assist us with various tasks related to our book publishing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with book reviewers on Telegram, adhering to our guidelines.
* Conduct research using ChatGPT, following our specific directions.
* Organize and manage content in Microsoft Word.
* Upload files to various publishing platforms.
* Perform other similar administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and other basic software.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
What We Offer:
* Hourly payment for all hours worked. (We’ll start with 5 usd per hour)
* All necessary software will be provided (Microsoft Word, ChatGPT, etc.).
* Flexible working hours to fit your schedule.
For the first weeks, we’ll need just 1 hour a day.
We are looking for a long term collaboration.
