Responsibilties:
Handling email inquiries, following up on orders, customer account assistance, product queries, assistance for account log ins for customers, and performing data entry tasks.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with Shopify and be familiar with its backend operations including Helium, which is our account management system.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate very well are essential for success in this role.

– Understand the basics of our products to answer enquiries

This is a small/medium-sized project with opportunity for ongoing work for the right VA. We are specifically looking for an intermediate level VA with experience in managing Shopify stores.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$6.00
