Virtual Assistant for Marketing Agency – Upwork


We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in LATAM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital platforms, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and contact young Latinas interested in content creation platforms and traffic management.
Develop and execute strategies to attract content creators to join platforms.

Approach and Pitch to Content Creators:
Develop persuasive strategies to encourage content creators to create profiles on content creation platforms.
Effectively and persuasively manage communications with potential clients.

Daily Management of Content Creators’ Schedules:

Coordinate and manage the schedules of content creators to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Recruitment, Training, and Management of Chatters:

Hire and train individuals to interact with followers on behalf of content creators.
Supervise performance and ensure compliance with standards.

Profile Creation on Dating Apps:
Set up profiles on dating apps to increase visibility for content creators.

Link Conversion Analysis and Basic Billing:
Evaluate and analyze link conversion rates and other key metrics.
Prepare basic invoices and manage payments.

Administrative Management of the Agency:
Provide general administrative support to the agency.
Collaborate in the organization of partners and travel arrangements.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in similar roles.
Strong Spanish and undertanding of LATAM environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new tools.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
Fluent communication in English (daily meetings on Google Meet).
Motivation and ability to work independently.

Preferred:
Proficiency in French.
Experience with content creation platforms.
Experience in web marketing and lead generation techniques.
Advanced IT knowledge.
