Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Virtual Assistant / SOP Documentation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations by documenting processes and developing clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams operate efficiently and new employees are seamlessly integrated.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with team members across various departments to gather detailed insights into every business process.
– Design and create an easily accessible academy to facilitate quick learning for new employees, tailored to the needs of their respective departments.
– Produce high-quality instructional videos utilizing tools like Loom to enhance learning and understanding.
– Regularly collect feedback and update the academy, maintaining its relevance and efficacy in a fast-paced environment.
– Play an integral role in the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications:
– Exceptional English communication skills, with proficiency in writing, speaking, and listening. Good microphone for recording explainer videos.
– Proven experience in process documentation, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
– Strong capability to distill complex processes into clear, understandable written and video formats.
– Availability for a full-time role, with a commitment to work over 30 hours per week.
– A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a drive to overcome challenges.
