Virtual Assistant for Property Management – Upwork


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a virtual assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our Airbnb, Community centre rentals and property listings, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for updating and optimizing our property listings, making sure that they are attractive and appealing to potential guests. This will involve writing compelling descriptions, uploading high-quality photos, and highlighting the unique features of each property/space Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in attracting a steady stream of bookings.

In addition to managing our property listings, you will also be in charge of handling reservations and bookings. This includes keeping track of availability, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and coordinating with our cleaning staff to ensure that each property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be crucial in ensuring that all bookings are properly managed.

As part of your role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of expenses and income related to our properties. This will involve keeping track of rental payments, utility bills, and other property-related expenses. Your knowledge of basic accounting principles will be essential in accurately recording and categorizing these transactions.

To excel in this role, strong organizational and communication skills are a must. You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while also maintaining open lines of communication with both our guests and our internal team. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service will be key in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience from the moment they inquire about a property until the moment they check out.

This is a medium-sized project with a trial period of 30 days maximum, but will be a permanent role that we are looking to fill. However, for the right candidate, there may be potential for ongoing employment or future projects within our organization.
