About Us:
We are a dynamic solopreneur managing two distinct businesses: an Electrical Contracting firm and a Fashion Week event business. Our operations span client management, event planning, digital marketing, and brand management. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our growing ventures.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management and Content Creation:
   – Develop and execute social media strategies for both businesses.
   – Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand objectives.
   – Schedule posts using social media management tools such as Zoho Social, Later, or Buffer.

2. Digital Marketing and Email Campaigns:
   – Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
   – Create and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotions) using email marketing tools like Zoho Campaign.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
   – Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO purposes.
   – Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
   – Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.

4. WordPress Website Edits and Management:
   – Update content, images, and plugins on WordPress websites.
   – Ensure website functionality and performance optimization.
   – Collaborate with web developers on website enhancements and troubleshooting using WordPress CMS and relevant plugins.

5. Lead Generation and Partnership Outreach:
   – Conduct research to identify potential leads and partnerships.
   – Reach out to prospects via email or LinkedIn to establish connections.
   – Maintain a database of contacts and track outreach efforts using CRM tools like Zoho CRM or similar.

6. Process Documentation and Creation:
   – Document existing business processes across both businesses.
   – Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks and operations.
   – Improve efficiency and clarity in workflows through detailed process documentation.

7. Financial Record Maintenance and Reconciliation:
   – Manage and update financial records using accounting software (Zoho Books).
   – Reconcile bank statements and track expenses for both businesses.
   – Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
– Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and SEO practices.
– Experience with WordPress website management and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
– Familiarity with accounting software (preferably Zoho Books) is a plus.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Tools You’ll Use:

– SEO: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahref.
