We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our AWESOME team to:

●  Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
●  Oversee automation tools in particular LinkedIn & Emails
●  Take transcription and handle correspondence
●  Prepare and send out email newsletters
●  Handle client inquiries email
●  Data entry – CRM, Applicant Tracking System
●  LinkedIn and email replies/filtering
● Social media & email management

Qualifications:

• Tech Savvy. We are looking to make the business 70-80% automated by end of the year.
• Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You have the ability to work remotely and still be incredibly successful.
• Naturally curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
• Often praised for your high attention to detail and always ensure any document or communication is accurate and to the highest of quality
• Obsessive about candidate experience. You are self-aware, well-spoken on the phone, and eloquent in emails. You’re respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be.
• Fun. You’re a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; you’re flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.
• Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.
• A utility player. You’re willing to help out wherever needed.

Description:

You’ll be tasked with supporting the founder and over time partnering with other remote team members and recruitment consultants. You’ll also help with recruiting candidates where required.

Requirements:

• MUST have 2 + years in a recruitment agency
• Experience with automation tools/software (ie Dripify, Smartleads, Slack, Trello, Loom, Calendly, LastPass etc)
• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, experience recruiting is highly desirable
• Technical Savvy Reliable Computer (with camera) and readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
• Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
• Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
