Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting our content management efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

-Video Editing: Crafting engaging videos for our social media channels and website.

-Social Media Posting: Scheduling and posting content across our social media platforms.

-Community Engagement: Responding promptly to comments and messages on our social media channels.

-Client Support: Assisting clients with their inquiries and providing timely support.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in video editing and content management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

-High level of organization and attention to detail.

-Experience in customer service is a plus.
