Virtual Assistant – Upwork


We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant / Support Admin to assist us with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as sending out email templates, data entry, scheduling meetings, and supporting digital events. Strong experience with Slack and Google Suite is a must, and familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, Figma, Zoom, and/or Canva would be highly beneficial if you already possess knowledge of how to use these tools.

Our organization comprises a remote-first global team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. Being comfortable collaborating live over Zoom with English-speaking team members is a requirement for this role. While the majority of work is completed asynchronously, live collaboration is invaluable for achieving alignment when cross-collaboration is needed.

We place a high emphasis on excellent written English skills as a requirement, given that our clientele consists of executives.

Being detail-oriented and a fast learner is also essential. We need a team player who can work independently and with a team.

You will be working with a fast-growing professional association that provides education, networking, and insights to the world’s top partnership professionals from technology and service companies.

The start time for work will be 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).

Hourly Range: $3.00-$3.50
