Virtual Client Support – Upwork


We are looking for 2 motivated individuals who have excellent communication skills to help coordinate meetings for our Policy Managers. You would spend around 20 minutes explaining the memberships available to clients at no cost, provide information they need to be able to prepare for their meetings with their Policy Manger, and collect information from them to complete their file. There will be a script that you will follow with all the information you need, as well as any questions you may need answered from clients. After your meetings, you’ll send a follow-up email with all the benefits and other important information that was discussed during your meeting. You’ll also call to schedule referrals that you collect from members so that they can receive some of the same benefits and schedule them with the Policy Manager. This is NOT a sales position.

Hours Available:

• Daytime and evening shifts needed, with some weekend availability

• Morning/Daytime Shift: 11am- 5pm EST

• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 5pm- 11pm EST

• Weekend Availability- 11am- 5pm EST or 2pm- 8pm EST

• Flexible schedule set bi-weekly

Requirements:

• Stable Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet connection

• Sufficient lighting and professional physical presentation for zoom appointments

• Webcam access for Zoom calls

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to coordinate schedules, like Calendly

• Efficient with Google Suite

• Quiet work environment

No knowledge or experience in the insurance industry required. You will have continued virtual training with managers.

This is a 100% remote position. This position has a base pay with bonus $$ pay, but bonus pay is based on results of referrals that you are able to schedule to sit with the service manager.

Hourly Range: $7.00-$9.00
