Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent research skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring our company’s marketing efforts run smoothly and our client interactions are timely and professional.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
Monitor and respond to comments and messages
Analyze and report on social media performance
Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement

Research and Data Collection:

Receive a list of company details and research to find the business owners’ first and last names
Verify the accuracy of the information collected
Maintain and update our contact database

Client Follow-Up and Communication:

Follow up on our mailshots to potential clients
Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule and book meetings with potential clients
Maintain records of communication and scheduled meetings

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using social media platforms and tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience with CRM systems and email management tools is a plus
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
