Brand /Trademark Registration – Upwork

We are a small Caribbean-based agency seeking an experienced Trademark/Brand Registration Expert to assist our client in registering a new product line. The primary focus is on securing trademark registration in the United States, but the ability to register in multiple territories is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and execute the trademark registration process in the United States.
*Provide guidance on trademark registration in other international territories.
*Conduct thorough trademark searches to ensure the uniqueness and availability of the brand name.
*Prepare and file all necessary documentation for trademark registration.
*Monitor the registration process and provide updates to ensure timely completion.
*Advise on trademark protection strategies to safeguard the brand.

Requirements:

*Proven experience in trademark registration, particularly in the United States.
*Ability to handle trademark registration in multiple international territories.
*Strong understanding of trademark laws and regulations.
*Excellent research and documentation skills.
*Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple registrations simultaneously.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal processes in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working with clients in various industries, including small businesses and startups.
*Knowledge of international trademark registration processes and requirements.
*Familiarity with the Caribbean market and legal landscape.
