We are seeking a part-time highly organized and detail-oriented Criminal Defense Law Firm Administrative Assistant – for scheduling depositions by providing exceptional customer service and handle data entry tasks. The consultant will be responsible for efficiently managing the scheduling of depositions with opposing counsel, and coordinating with the prosecution office and process servers across several counties. This includes drafting documents like notices and subpoenas, maintaining efficiency of the firms calendar, accurate record keeping, and e-filing documents. The ideal candidate will be friendly and customer service oriented with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve while handling sensitive information with confidentiality is a must! Job duties could expanded into full-time Intake or Collections in the future.

– Spanish speaker preferred, but not necessary
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
– Knowledge of Clio CRM highly preferred
– Prior legal assistant experience highly preferred
– Must be available 10-15 hours weekly
Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
