Experienced Attorney for Buying Tax Dec Property – Upwork

We are in search of an experienced attorney who can assist us in the process of buying a tax declaration property on Cebu Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legalities involved in purchasing tax dec properties and will be able to guide us through the entire process.

This includes researching property liens, drafting legal documents, and ensuring a smooth transfer of ownership, up to and including titling. The attorney should also be knowledgeable about any potential risks and have expertise in resolving any legal disputes that may arise.
