I am seeking an experienced and highly professional insurance claims and policy review specialist to assist with filing an insurance claim for a restaurant in Texas. Due to a hurricane that hit Texas on July 8th, 2024, we experienced significant damages, including a week-long power outage.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review my current insurance policy to understand the coverage, exclusions, and limits.
Identify what can be claimed and what cannot be claimed based on the policy and the damages incurred.
Assist in documenting all necessary details for the claim, including property damage, inventory loss, business interruption, temporary repairs, and additional expenses.
Guide me through the process of filing the claim with the insurance company.
Ensure all documentation and procedures comply with insurance company requirements to maximize the likelihood of a successful claim.
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling commercial insurance claims, specifically for the restaurant industry.
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, particularly in Texas.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Professionalism and reliability.
