As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, evaluating cases, and ensuring seamless onboarding into our legal process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to assess personal injury claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients.
• Evaluate cases by gathering and reviewing necessary documentation.
• Explain legal options clearly and understandably.
• Collaborate with legal teams to determine case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Law degree.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and relevant procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple cases.
