I showed Glassomer Germany how to cast/mold the glass filled 3d printing resin in casting molds via email in 2021 after ASME published a article about us. Its a Hybrid 3D Printing Process where we cast glass in molds at room temp.
At first Glassomer was honest and changed the binder resin from UV Cureable to a dual stage binder but it takes two days to debind and sinter while my process takes 60 seconds to debind and sinter the glass. https://hackaday.com/2021/06/10/injection-molded-glass-breakthrough-shatters-ceiling-of-work-methods/
They just published this paper and are trying to claim that patent EP20195971.5 covers them, but that patent is for thermoplastics not uv curable photo polymers. Chat GPT 4 said they cannot file a divisional to claim the new art from the paper. They broadly mention irradiance in the patent and my fear is that they will cheat the patent system and file a divisional patent which predates mine in EU.
What can we do?
