Questions about child support modification and parenting plan modification I’m about to submit – Upwork

I’ve put together a parenting plan modification that I have to send to my kid’s dad before I can formally file a modification with the court. I have a version drafted but have questions to help ensure success (and to potentially ease some concerns I have) so I can proceed with sending it.

I also have a petition for modification of custody and child support I’m completing to send in to the courts. Just have a few questions before finalizing.

Lastly, I need advice about a particular situation involving child support and other court ordered costs.

Need someone available either this evening or in the morning. I was working with someone but she didn’t meet with me at our scheduled time this afternoon and I haven’t heard from her since.
