Greetinfs, I’m searching for a professional who can help me trademark a band name and logo. I have done the due diligence and it’s clear, nonetheless I’d rather have an experienced professional assist.
Second part of this job is for someone to guide me on how I can register/copyright my lyrics and claim years of claims against monetizing by artists utilizing my songs to monetize. I understand this might involve two professionals but ideally I’d like someone that can do both.
