Recently our brand listing on Amazon is facing issues with many unauthorised sellers and stealing our customers.
We have applied for USPTO but the issue is they will take 18 months to get it approved.
Our brand registry for our pending trademark is only good to remove other listings.
But its not helping us to remove current hijackers. So, if we can get an approved trademark, we can put an infringement.
I believe Germany trademark approval is fast and help us in this case.
