Administration assistant – Upwork


We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.  Our company specialises in the arts, media, educaion and enterntainment sectors.

Responsibilities:
Arranging and booking facitlites;
word processing;
audio and copy typing;
letter writing;
dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
creating and maintaining filing systems;
scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes – shorthand may be required;
keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
organising travel for staff.

Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Good phone manner, polite and friendly
Reliable and honest
Must be organised
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains staff confidentiality
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
