E-commence Assistant to handle customer service & product listing – Upwork

We are small but growing online retail business and are looking for someone who:

– is a faster learner and careful;
– is fluent in English;
– loves dealing with customers.

Duties include:

– handle our customer queries and return requests through eBay, Amazon, and email. This needs to be monitored on a daily basis but timing is flexible.
– list new product to our online shops (ebay, Amazon, BigCommerce) using a multi-channel software (linnworks), step by step manual will be given.
– run various sales report, again step by step manual will be given.

These will take about 20-60 hours /month.
