I invest in real estate. There are so many things to do all the time, I need help. I'm definitely the loyal type so I'm hoping to begin work with someone whom I can work with for years.

Looking for help with things like:
Running comparisons on residential real estate
Data Entry and Transcription (in English)
Kind, patient, able to make callers feel comfortable
Organized
Excels at communicating with many kinds of people and workers
Enjoys talking with others and can follow up on things that need done
Problem solver. There are always things each day that take up my time when I'm trying to stay focused. I'd like someone who is able to resolve conflicts regarding phone bills, vendor problems, bankers.

Keep my personal and professional calendar
Answer the business phone line and take messages or route calls
Pull reports to give to my bookkeeper or payment system
Eager to learn and develop stronger relationships between the client and the people I deal with in my network or with the public
There is plenty of opportunity to earn more money, both through payraises and commission/bonuses.  I'm always happy to figure out ways to share in success.
