Personal Assistant- Travel Booking, Calendaring, Appointment Setting etc. for Elevated Perspective – Upwork


Elevated Perspective is an entrepreneurial company currently seeking candidates to help with several tasks. Chief among these responsibilities is the ability to book/schedule travel including flights, accommodations or hotels, rental cars, and any other related tasks. Needs also include calendaring/scheduling, appointment setting, making calls, handling emails,personal assistant services, and many others. The successful candidate will be driven, diligent, excellent with organization, multi-tasking, quick to respond, and excellent at overall communication. Responsibilities:
Book travel including flights, cars, hotels
Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
Provide advise on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
Handle credit card programs and charges
Process T&E reports and handle reimbursements
Respond to emails and/or phone calls
Schedule meetings
Discretion and confidentiality
Organize calendars
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Provide customer service if necessary
Other assigned administrative tasks

Requirements:
Full-time availability 7:30AM-5:30PM M-F PST.
MUST be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Over 1 year Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role
Over 1 year proven experience with scheduling/booking travel
Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

Preferred:
Experience with Monday.com, Trello, or other Project management software. High school diploma/equivalent or additional qualifications/certification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus. Experience as a travel agent is a plus.
