Real Estate Cold Calling / Appointment Setting – Upwork

Looking for a "Rock Star" cold caller to prospect real estate leads.  Lead lists of varying kinds of sellers will be provided, along with access to software necessary to auto-dial and track.

Our goal is to find motivated sellers and people who want to sell their house.

As a cold caller, you will be the first point of contact for calling people being the initial screener to vet out the people who want to sell their home with those who do not.  

To succeed in this role, you must be natural on the phone, have great phone presence, and have experience in cold calling. I want you to have enthusiasm and drive to succeed and contribute to our growing company!

We are looking for a young person who is resourceful, organized, able to multitask, and think on their feet. You do not need to have 20 years of experience. We would rather you have less years of experience but have the drive and dedication to succeed and work for a growing company! We are a result-driven company that is looking for result-driven people to help our operations and position us for growth!

Caller must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. Candidate must be available US time zone at a minimum of 10 hours a week.

Must have experience in cold calling and can demonstrate success and persistence.  Those with real estate experience will be given preference.  MUST be fluent in English, no exceptions.

DUTIES
– Manage seller phone calls
– Call and speak with homeowners
– Fill out the google spreadsheet doc for all incoming calls – name, phone, notes, etc
– Flag all hot leads
– For all hot leads, create a task for us to follow up

Technical Requirements
Must be familiar with:
– VOIP and Softphone
– Dialer
– Google Spreadsheets
– CRM’s Like Podio
– Noise-Cancelling Headset
– At least 5mbps internet speed
