VIRTUAL assistant for CEO–perfect for a stay at home mom. – Upwork


Ditto Residential is looking for a virtual assistant:

-Work 2-3 hours a day/10-15 hours a week. Pay will depend on experience.
-Review his email and schedule daily/sorting emails he needs to respond to
For example "This needs to be answered today" "This needs to be answered tomorrow."
-Develop a system, forwarding emails that pertain to other people.
-Minor project management.
For example “if someone has a leak in their apartment, make sure the project gets done with a happy resident as the result.”
-Schedule phone calls, meetings, etc.
– Complete monthly expense reports
– Help with bill pay (cable, electric, etc)
– Help with travel arrangement (hotels, cars, etc.)

Prefer candidate to have administrative assistant experience.
Ideally, this roll will be filled by a candidate who has worked in the development or real estate industry, but is looking to work from home.
Will be required to complete a bacgkround check.
