Virtual Assistant needed for Startup Coffee Shopify Store – Upwork


I am looking to get a COFFEE store established on shopify. Website has already been completed, however, will need minor tweaks as far as content and layout are concerned. Also, site will require testing prior to initial launch, including making sure checkout and payment sources are working and intact.

I need someone who can:
-command the english language exceptionally well
-install multiple apps for the store to make it more efficient
– increase SEO
-help make the website more personable
-communicate and establish relationship with existing dropshipper
-either source apparel and accessories (namely coffee mugs, travel mugs, and t-shirts) for dropshipping through a company like printify and/ or design these items for future dropshipping
-establish and manage social media platforms; social media posts will be created and scheduled; however, the virtual assistant will be expected to ensure regularity of post and  promote customer engagement, and occasionally will need to be able to edit content
-establish and maintain customer service support emails

This position has the potential to become long term, as we will need someone to manage the store once it's going (order fulfillment, inventory management, running sales, handling customer inquiries, returns, and service)
