I am a publisher and have 13 books all in the same genre.
I am running 50 AMS ads and it is becoming time-consuming to manage. 20 of the campaigns generate 90% of the sales, so the focus will be on these 20 campaigns to begin with.
I would like help to manage the PPC for these campaigns.
I would like to hear any 'system' you have to manage the acos.
Overview of duties:
!)Provide weekly stats – spend, sales, acos by book.
2)Add new words to each campaign (every 1-2 weeks as necessary). I can provide software which searches for the keywords.
3)Optimize campaigns and keywords.
Previous experience with PPC for amazon is essential (not necessarily with kindle).
Please provide an estimate (i know this is impossible to be exact) of the number of hours managing 20 campaigns would be per week and the per hour cost.
Please also share any 'system' etc that you think will work.
I use AMS machete to manage the keywords and campaigns at the moment.
