Hi there, I am looking to hire an experienced VA/lead generation assistant to help me 1-1.5 hours a day, Monday through Friday on an ongoing consistent basis. This would require about 30 mins in the morning and and 30 mins to 1 hr. in the evening.

I do email lead generation for 9 clients and I need an assistant to help me log the email responses in Slack that we get from leads, respond to those leads on behalf of my clients, update statuses of leads in a Google spreadsheet, and schedule the calls with those leads on behalf of the clients.

It is important to me that the person I hire is a very quick and diligent communicator who is VERY reliable and a problem solver and self-motivated. i am looking for someone who is timely and gets things done consistently every single day, is detail oriented, and is fluent in English. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Slack and are in a timezone that is close to Arizona time.

As an example, taking data from a spreadsheet or a document, and then entering it in a way that is formatted according to guidelines/processes, via both pure entry (e.g. field to field) and a WYSIWYG editor.

This is a joint posting where the ideal candidate can also use their high level of attention to detail to perform QC-related tasks over several different contexts, e.g. ensuring data is entered/replicated accurately, looking over websites for visual/functional/content issues.

Experience with the WordPress CMS is valuable, as is a basic HTML knowledge (even though the editor used is WYSIWYG, knowing how to find/replace HTML and such will be helpful) but not necessary as the main points can be learned.

So that I know you read the description, please start your message with the following statement: "I am detail-oriented, have [basic/moderate/significant] experience with QC, and can help with both unformatted and formatted data entry, and my availability is X." Please make the following changes to that sentence as a very basic demonstration of attention to detail: (a) remove the hyphen in it; (b) select only one of the options in the square brackets as it applies to you, delete the other options and the square brackets, but leave the slashes; (c) swap "x" for what your availability is like (your timezone, and your usual working hours/days converted to US Eastern Time).
