We’re looking for an experienced CRO specialist to help improve the performance of our website and landing pages. Our goal is to increase conversions, reduce bounce rates, and optimize user experience through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct conversion audits to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
Analyze website and landing page performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar tools
Develop and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests
Optimize page layout, CTAs, and user flow to maximize conversions
Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX/UI
Collaborate with our team to implement CRO changes
Provide data-driven reports and recommendations
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in CRO and website optimization
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmap tools
Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
Understanding of UX/UI best practices and landing page design
Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing is a plus
Ability to provide actionable insights backed by data
